Reunion Weekend 2013: Boat Cruise
The Reunion Classes of 1963, 1973, 1988, 2003 and 2008 enjoyed dinner, dancing, and sightseeing with fellow Cooper alumni and guests while cruising around Manhattan on the Cornucopia Destiny on Saturday, June 1, 2013.
 
 


 




       

Reunion Weekend 2013: Various Weekend Activities
The Reunion Classes of 1963, 1973, 1988, 2003 and 2008 participated in Afternoon Tea, Wine & Cheese Reception, Afternoon Walking Tours/Back to Class Sessions, and Sunday Morning Brunch from Friday, May 31, 2013 through Sunday, June 2, 2013.
  		    

       

Reunion Weekend 2013: Ceremony and Lunch
The Reunion Classes of 1963, 1973, 1988, 2003 and 2008 participated in the opening ceremony, group photographs, and lunch at Astor Center on Saturday, June 1, 2013. In addition to celebrating the Golden Legion Class of 1963, Dean Baker helped preside over a special commemorative graduation ceremony for the Class of 1973 -- the only class to not walk across the Great Hall stage for Commencement. 
 


 		  
             

       

Welcome Class of 2013
Young Alumni Classes 2002 – 2012 helped welcome the Class of 2013 to The Cooper Union Alumni Association on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at B BAR & GRILL (Formerly known as “On the Rooftop”).


   
       

2013 Wreath Laying Ceremony


The annual celebration of Founder Peter Cooper's birthday was held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in honor of his birth. 

         

2013 Founder's Day
The Founder's Day 2013 Alumni Awards Reception  took place on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Guastavino's.  Alumni and friends gathered to honor alumni who contribute to The Cooper Union’s profound effect on the world and to celebrate Peter Cooper's 222nd birthday . 

Alumni Award recipients included:  Regina Granne, A '59 (posthumous) for the Augustus Saint-Gaudens Award for Art, Michael Morris, AR '89 and Yoshiko Sato, AR '89 (posthumous) for John Q. Hejduk Awared for Architecture, Harold Goldberg, EE '44 for the Ganor Dunn Award for Engineering, MaryAnn Nichols, A '68 for Alumnus of the Year and Dean Stephen P. Baker for Honorary Alumnus of the Year.
