The Executive Committee oversees the affairs of the Cooper Union Alumni Association in accordance with policies established by the Alumni Council. Officers are elected annually via a ballot distributed to the full alumni body, with a two-year term limit for the President of the Alumni Association. The two most recent Past Presidents serve on the Executive Committee to provide support and stability to the CUAA leadership.
